Weddings
Wedding Packages 2020

Sueños Tulum is an Eco-friendly hotel with 13 beachfront Suites plus our magnificent Temple Clubhouse and Penthouse. Based on double occupancy on the suites, 4 people in the Penthouse and 6 people in the Clubhouse; there is a sleeping capacity of 34 people. Extras can be added to some of the suites with an extra cost of $40 USD plus tax- per person/night. 

For your event, we have exclusive areas, such as our main restaurant palapa, beachfront pool and decks.

Important: Please notice our event
maximum capacity is of 100 people.



For weddings and events, we require all suites to be booked for the full use of the property. 

Our wedding packages are subject to the following:
 

  • 10% discount on all the rooms with a minimum of 15 suites reserved & a minimum 4 nights stay.

  • Nuptial suite decoration courtesy for the honeymoon night.

Room description:

    5 - Master Suites with a king-size bed - Top floor

    5 - Junior Suites with a Queen and a double bed

    3 - Beach Suites - Ground floor suites with a Queen and a double bed

(These are for families or couples as they wish.)

 

    Temple Penthouse (suggested for bride and groom or possible family suite for 4 pax.)

 

    Temple Clubhouse - Two interconnected suites (up to 6 people)

 

 

Restaurant


Our restaurant is exclusively catered for guests.

  • Continental Breakfast is included.

  • Lunch and Dinner are available.


 

Wedding Site Fee:

Package for up to 50 attendants $2,500 USD

Package for 51-80 attendants $2,750 USD

(16% Tax Not Included + 15% Suggested Service Fee Not Included)

Package includes the use of the following facilities:

    Natural and simple ceremony set up on our beautiful beach

Aisle design with palm leaves and jute    

Round wooden table for the ceremony (request)

Chairs available for the ceremony (20)
    

    Speakers for the pool area, restaurant and palapa

Non-alcoholic welcome drink (before the ceremony)

    Tables & Chairs ( max. 50 seats) 

Basic table setting (dishes, silverware, table cloths, cloth napkins) up to 50

Background ambience music with your own device (DJ services not included)

PLAN B - Covered area (Palapa) for the reception & Dance floor

 *For a party of more than 50 people, extra chairs, tables, silverware and cutlery will have to be rented

and covered by the client. All rentals can be quoted by your coordinator.

Basic permit: $1,000 USD (Event finishing before 11 pm)

 

 

Length Of Event

    The maximum length of all events (music) on the beach is 7 pm.
   (Determined by federal law to protect turtle nesting.)

    The event can continue inside the premises after the beach ceremony

 

Ceremony Wedding Planner

    We recommend having a wedding planner to help you select the most appropriate vendors, including the officiant, photographer, floral and decor designer, musicians, DJ, photographer, videographer, cake maker, stylists and much more. Your wedding planner will also review contracts, arrange meetings with vendors, elaborate budgets and facilitate payments
    for you.

As your big day draws closer, your wedding planner will create a complete event overview and timeline for your big day. Planning a destination wedding can be tricky, but your planner will take care of all the details for you so can have peace of mind!

We do not add a fee for outside vendors.

    Full Open Bar $45 USD / per person / 3 hrs. (
includes 16% tax + 15% service)

Corkage fee $35 USD per person / 5 hrs. (includes 16% tax + 15% service)

    Reception Dinner


    The reception dinner and canapes can be catered at the hotel by our exclusive chef with a maximum of 30 people. For over 30 people, an external catering service is required.

Wedding Payment Policy 


In order to reserve the wedding date, we require the Wedding Site Fee as a down payment.  
(100% & non- refundable.)  

In order to hold all the suites, we will require a credit card as a guarantee. 

As soon as your guest contact us to reserve the hotel, we will ask for a 2-night deposit to hold and confirm their accommodation. (non- refundable.) 

 


    Rooms: Each guest should get in touch at reservations@suenostulum.com
   in order to secure the reservation.
 


Payment Methods:

    Long-distance payments: Sueños Tulum receives long-distance payments
    by bank transfer or credit card (only Visa and MasterCard).
    Please always send proof of your payment to reservations@suenostulum.com

    Ask for Bank references for wire transfers for Sueños Tulum Hotel.

    Local payments: They should be paid in cash or with a credit card.
    Sorry, no AMEX or traveller checks are accepted.


Policy on Damages & Losses


A security deposit of $1,000 USD required at Check-In. The deposit is fully refundable in case there is no damage after the event. 

The property does not assume responsibility for any items, personal or
professional, brought onto the resort prior to, during or after the wedding event.

These include, but are not limited to, flower arrangements,
decorations or equipment. The wedding couple is responsible, for all
none- resort guests while they are on property attending the event. 


 

Weather Policy 

Any deposits and down payments are non-refundable in case of bad weather; such as hurricane, earthquake, or any other acts of God.

In Mexico, we do not have weather insurance for travelling or for your event, therefore if you think it's necessary, we suggest you hire these services in your home country.
